Motorola won the lawsuit against Apple in a court from Germany, the rival company accused of infringement of its own GPRS patents.
The action could result the blocking of sale of products in Germany the guilty products of violating these patents, if Apple fails to obtain a trial delay until the first call. List of products affected include the range phones Apple iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4, iPad 3G and iPad2 3G tablets.

According to a study conducted in the UK, the smartphones based on the Android operating system tend to fail more often than those in the range of BlackBerry, Apple iOS, or even Windows Phone.
From the information provided by Wireless Data Services (WDS), shows that approximately 12.6% of the requests for technical support coming from users of Android phones that have problems such as hardware.
