Today on 25th May, Nokia out of no where went on a spree to announce mobile phones. If you remember correctly, they had announced Nokia C2-00 Dual sim mobile, which up till now they had not released, but the news is that Nokia has finally pushed this phone into the market along with a surprise announcement of Nokia X1-01. This is the time we were expecting Nokia X1-00 entry level music phone to make some noise and news, but apparently Nokia has been tight lip about it.

This new Nokia X1-01 looks just like the X1-00 and comes with a dedicated key, the screen isbit different and apparently the phone belongs to series 30 family. The core difference between X1 and X1-01 is the the dual sim functionality in X1-01. This basic phone is supposed to do really good in counteries with developing and or poor economies where people can not seem to afford high end phones. Since its an entry level handset, Nokia X1-01 Price in Pakistan is relatively very low and can be purchased for the sum of 4000 PKR rupee. It not yet clear whether phone is releasing the same time in Pakista as rest of the world. Nokia E7 is a Symbian 3 smartphone by Nokia. It was announced in September, 2010 and was released just around the MWC conference held in 2011. The mobile conference, which was held in Barcelona had gobe pretty well, howeve,r Nokia had been very tight lip regarding their mobiles.

We were expecting the Nokia N9 being announced under Meego operating system, but there was no news at all. 11th January went by a big announcement, Apple announced their upcoming gadget; which was already expected by masses. Although a lot of speculations were roaming around as if Apple will release iPhone 5, but it turned out to be a different story as they went by announcing a set which is pretty much similar in functionality to iPhone 4. If you go through the detailed specifications, you won’t find too much of the difference between two handsets. The things which make CDMA phone different from previous version of Apple iPhone Mobiles are the following.

• It comes with a personal Hot Spot feature, which allows you to connect to five wireless devices, which i am sure a lot of users will find very helpful.
• As long as its released under Verizon banner, it is set to have the same old price tag, which is $199 dollars for 16 GB handset and about $299 dollars for 32 GB set.
• The previous version came with a bang, but it had a major drawback, Apple has rectified it and launched new Antenna design for this release.

This nexus s phone was expected to be announced or some other codename when Google announced Gingerbread. Samsung mobiles were assigned on the job to manufacture the skeleton and hardwares of phone to cater the user needs and a solid set which can utilize the maximum functions of gingerbread. Samsung did a nice job in manufacturing this smartphone, its pretty user friendly, bit roundish corners and appealing to eyes. Whole structure is pretty nice and very easy to handle.

As we all expected that samsung will be using one of its best selling smartphone for this purpose, so, they used samsung galaxy s, which perfromed really well in the market, to cater to Google’s needs. The skeleton of phone is bit changed, but the hardware specs are pretty much same. Google Nexus S comes iwth a 4-inch WVGA super AMOLED display screen, which is protected with any kind of finger print coating or signs and its also embedded with a curved glass.

Samsung Nexus S is supported with magnificent power of 1 GHZ Hummingbird core processor. It comes with gigantic 16 Gb of memory, which is enough to download songs, wallpapers, screensavers, store pictures and or movies, games and applications. Hardware is supported iwth more than enough internal RAM which is about 512 MB. So far, we have not heard any thing on microSD, we hope there is one as it shall add up to mobile’s over all performance and usability. The camera is same as i was in Galaxy set, which is 5 Megapixels, however, it supports HD camcoder, but the only difference in nexus s and galaxy is that nexus comes with LED flash. Nexus S supports a secondary camera and allows video recording, however there is no FM radio in this set. Google Samsung Nexus S is an expensive mobile, its price is very high, but price can be collected from Mobilephones.pk right now its price is around $865 USD.

It has become a global trend amongst all mobile phone vendors to create a hype before the publish their phone in the market. They pull several marketing stunts, such as accidently post an image of phone at some website, or publish images and some specifications in some magazine, which sometimes no one has heard about. However, when it comes to Motorola phones, we have seen they have been mild in their marketing. Recently, they announced their new upcoming gadget Motorola Milestone 2, which is a sequel to their previous version MILESTONE. The best thing about Motorola phones is, that they always manage to choose picky names, whic are brandable and easy to pronounce.

MileStone 2 Specifications:

While the phone is massive as it has huge 116.3 x 60.5 x 13.7 mm dimensions and weight of 169 grams, yet it still manage to look sleek and cuddly. Even though Motorola’s flagship smartphone is the Droid, the Motorola Backflip also makes the list because of its capabilities and cool design. The phone is built on the Android Platform and features MOTOBLUR, which integrates multiple networking sites on the homescreen. It has a full QWERTY keypad with an unusual “reverse flip” design. And I think this is the best part of the phone: when the phone is closed and the screen is visible, the reverse side is the keypad itself. Nokia N8 is 113.5 x 59.1 x 12.9 mm in dimensions, while the Backflip is 108 x 53 x 15.3 mm, so we can clearly see, the mortorola is slimer and smaller in size, whichc an mean its more usable compared to its counterpart. When it comes to weight, N8 is about 135 grams, while the other phone is only 133 grams. Now who would prefer a bigger phone,w hich is hard to fit inyour pockets over a phone which is lighter and easier to fit in any hand carry.
