iPhone 5S, the successor of iPhone 5 would have to go into production shortly at Foxconn factories in China. Apple leadership seems determined to avoid at all costs the kind of problems that have already led to the return of millions of broken iPhones, so they take some time to put into production the new device to solve at least one defect detected during the final stage of testing and validation of the new iPhone.
According to Reuters, citing Apple’s component suppliers from Taiwan, the start of production for the new iPhone 5s could be delayed until after the end of June.

Apple will launch a tablet iPad Mini with Retina Display and an iPad screen 5 May thinner and lighter than previous models, designed to convince the portability, not screen size and quality.

Apple has almost halved orders LCD screens for iPhone 5 parts suppliers sent in response to weak demand registered with the current iPhone model.
According to Japanese publication Nikkei, Apple has asked its main suppliers of LCD screens – Japan Display Inc., Sharp Corp. and LG Display Co Ltd Korean partner – to reduce the amount of screens delivered about 65 million copies by the end of last year.
