Samsung Wave 3 – The first phone with Bada 2.0
After it saturated the market with different models from the Galaxy, Samsung has launched in this week a strong offensive in Wave line, represented by three new phones that use the operating system Bada OS 2.0.
They are different and the first phones with the new version of OS where is proprietary Samsung, come to cover three different beaches of technical features and price: high-end, medium and basic.
The strongest of the three phones is the model Wave 3, which has a display Super AMOLED with the diagonal of 4″ and resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
The high processing power required is solved with a single-core CPU with 1.4 GHz frequency and the 3 GB internal memory, expandable through microSD cards up to 32GB.
As you’d expect from a top smartphone, Wave 3 has a top connectivity among available technologies being found 3G (HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspots, Bluetooth 3.0 and microUSB 2.0.
The camera is apparently being modest with only 5 MP, but it can record 720p HD video. In addition, there is also a front camera for video calls.
Another advantage of the phone is the casing construction from aluminum, knowing that many manufacturers increasingly rely on plastic including the top models to reduce the costs.
