Xperia arc S from Sony Ericsson, phone that records 3D and HD
Sony Ericsson launched today at the IT IFA Berlin 2011 fair, the new Xperia arc S. The smartphone takes over from its predecessor only the curved design, instead having a better processor (1.4 GHz), 3D panoramic technology and access for Sony Entertainment (Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited).
Improvements do not end there. The new Xperia arc S has 25% higher speed at the opening of the camera and to convert media files, and the loading speed of websites is 20% higher.
According to Nikolaus Scheurer, head of the Division of Product Marketing at Sony Ericsson “Xperia arc S is the fastest and most well equipped phone from the Xperia family”.

The 3D technology involves capturing panoramic images and plays them in 3D on a TV that supports this format. Connection is via HDMI.
