Though it is a minor update but significant in terms of usability. The banner Ad on top for free Live mail users is moved to right, finally. A common internet surfer can tell you that the first thing he want to see in a website is, the content not an advertisement banner, a rule ignored by Live mail designer for a long long time. This new interface make sense at least.
