How to show you location in email signature
It is possible, at least in Gmail. If you are on the move every single day and bored of telling your buddies about your location… this little Gmail Lab feature can automatically append your location(detected via your IP) to your signature to keep them informed. You have to follow these steps to enable this feature:
- Login to your Gmail account.
- Go to Settings and than to Lab tab.
- Enable Location in signature feature and save the changes.
- Now again click Settings and scroll down to Signature area.
- Below the signature text box check the Append your location to the signature check-box.
- Save the changes. You’re done. Now send an email to any of your contact, your location will appear below your signature.
